Summary: I asked for an accessible room, there were steps to climb to get into the room from the driveway and into the rooms. Additionally there were no grab handles to assist in the bathroom. Worst of all is the fact there was no heat in the room. After 2 phone calls a staff member finally arrived with a space heater, we ended up sleeping with our long underwear on beneath our pajamas. Also the phone in our room did not work . We have stayed here before and were happy to book this winter visit to Sarnia with Faulds. However, this appare tly was our last time staying with Faulds. We will look elsewhere for our visit this coming summer.

Summary: Very friendly staff, outside and grounds well kept. The room was clean and very quiet as well. Older, no frills motel, but well maintained...You will NOT find a better place for the price!

Summary: I booked on expedia which I'm used to having the payment process ahead of time. Apparently they don't do that so I had to pay on arrival which was an unwelcome experience. I also paid extra for refund protection which is redundant if nothing is paid ahead of time. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but heavily in need of some updating. The shower head sprayed water onto the floor and there were some cheap fixes like tape on the windows which took away from the experience. People like to come here to party on the weekends so if you stay Friday or Saturday night keep in mind the noise and extra people around.

Summary: Our room was clean, decent size, and the staff at check in were very pleasant. Also appreciated that the room also has a fridge, microwave and coffee. I would definitely come back.

Summary: Okay stay. Bathroom could be cleaner. Sheet on the bed wasn’t fitted so it came off. Not a bad location.
